Bobby Lambert has dedicated nearly three decades to protecting and serving the communities of Dakota County. From patrol officer to sergeant, instructor to leader, his career reflects commitment, resilience, and steady leadership.

Mental Health Support
Dakota County needs proactive solutions for mental health response. Bobby will work to create a dedicated Mental Health Response Team within the Sheriff’s Office and strengthen partnerships with mental health professionals to better serve residents and reduce recidivism.
